I'm Rushi. I lead technology end to end at LLR Partners, a growth equity firm, from infrastructure and cybersecurity to enterprise applications and data and AI, and I'm driving the firm's digital transformation by putting AI to work in how we operate. Before LLR I spent seven years at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, building its Applications, Data & AI function from the ground up and pioneering its early adoption of enterprise AI, after four and a half years advising alternative asset managers on technology strategy at PwC.
The thesis is simple: within the next 3–5 years, technology won't be a back-office function in private equity. It will be a source of edge. I build for that, and I write here about it.
